Privacy Notice
Algorzen Technologies, Inc. ("Algorzen", "we", "our") is committed to deterministic data sovereignty. Our Autonomous Commerce OS is architected on local edge computing with zero cloud egress and zero disk persistence for raw camera feeds.
Zero Disk Persistence
Optical RTSP feeds reside purely in RAM ring buffers for vector extraction and are discarded in under 50 milliseconds.
Anonymized Vectors
No biometric profiles or facial recognition identities are stored. Telemetry is represented exclusively as spatial bounding vectors.
Venue Data Sovereignty
Store operators retain 100% legal ownership of all transactional and footfall telemetry processed across their venues.
1. Information We Collect
Algorzen operates primarily as a telemetry processing gateway deployed on local physical edge servers. In providing our service, we process:
- Optical Spatial Telemetry: Real-time coordinate vectors, object classifications, and dwell intervals extracted directly from store IP cameras.
- POS Transactional Metadata: Register audit signals, basket item counts, timestamps, and aggregate ring values from connected POS buses.
- Account & Operational Data: Customer contact information, technical configurations, and portal authentication credentials for authorized venue managers.
2. How We Use Telemetry Data
Data processed through Algorzen is utilized strictly to:
- Reconcile retail checkout velocity with spatial cart state to defend against margin leakage and inventory shrink.
- Calculate aggregate footfall heatmaps, aisle dwell times, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Maintain edge cluster health, latency synchronization, and automated firmware security patches.
3. Data Retention & Zero-Disk Memory Policy
Unlike traditional surveillance platforms that record thousands of hours of unencrypted footage to local hard drives or remote clouds, Algorzen processes optical telemetry in transient direct memory access (DMA). Raw frames are unreferenced and overwritten cyclically.
4. Regulatory Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)
We comply fully with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under these frameworks, retail shoppers are protected by our non-biometric, de-identified vector synthesis. Retailers can request immediate export or deletion of operational telemetry logs at any time.
